Although Eastern Surplus Asset, Inc., ESA, does not have a method for testing the equipment, we purchase high quality items in new or gently used condition. As you will see in our feedback, our customers are treated fairly and satisfied with their purchase.

Reasonable Offers will be considered / accepted, so please don’t hesitate to call us and negotiate.

Shipping

ESA will ship Item within 5 business days of payment.

Packaging and Handling Fees are as follows:

· $5.00 Items 1 to 149 lbs

· $25.00 Items 150 lbs and over includes palletizing and banding

Handling fees are subject to change if item(s) are irregular or oversized. Items that require a standard 4x4 pallet will have a $25.00 fee. This includes securing item with steel banding and shrink wrapping. Please call for pricing on items that require custom skid or crating.

International Shipping

ESA will ship internationally. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and fees.

Returns

ESA will accept returns within 14 days of receipt, so please call the office to discuss any problems you have with your item. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
